3 hours of Cross Training, focusing on agility, balance and coordination while playing other sports.
2.25 hours of Classroom Sessions where we discuss leadership, Mental Preparation, Team Building
Group Leaders assigned for full day supervision
Each participant receives a free camp jersey
2 Groups of 18 players accepted each week
No program will prepare players better for U11 hockey
Exclusively for male & female players born in 2015 & 2016 who are eligible to play U11 hockey in the 2025 - 2026 hockey season. This is an excellent opportunity for players that have aspirations of playing at a competitive Tier Level.
The High Performance Camp will focus entirely on the physical and mental development of a player. This is a demanding camp, as our staff expects players to work hard to develop their skills on and off the ice.
As with all our camps, WPH staff utilizes a variety of teaching tools on the ice, in our skill center and in the classroom.
Players will leave the camp with a good understanding of how to prepare for the upcoming season and can use the information to assist in preparing for tryout camps.
